Are you navigating the emotional and physical challenges of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)? Join Amanda Westphal’s 8-week online PMDD Support Group, designed to help women manage the intense mood swings, irritability, and fatigue that accompany PMDD.

In this supportive space, you’ll connect with others facing similar struggles, learn coping strategies, and gain insight into managing PMDD more effectively. Led by Amanda Westphal, an experienced counsellor and third-generation PMDD sufferer, the group offers a safe environment to explore your emotions, build resilience, and regain control over your life.

I’ve been running group therapy for a while, but this is my first PMDD-focused one, so the first one is free while I trial the process.

Hey, I’m Amanda. 

My passion is supporting women with PMDD in finding balance and relief from the intense symptoms that disrupt their lives. I’m dedicated to helping you manage the overwhelm and exhaustion that comes with PMDD, guiding you to a place of calm and control.

My own journey with PMDD began eight years ago, and it took me two years and six medical professionals to receive a formal diagnosis. I understand the frustration of having control one day and then struggling with anxiety and depression the next. After years of working on managing my symptoms, I’ve transformed from enduring two weeks of torment to experiencing only mild symptoms for a few days each cycle. This is the transformation I want for you.

Here’s what we cover step by step …

You’ll get a deeper understanding of how PMDD affects your emotions, body, and relationships, with a clear picture of your personal triggers and patterns.

You’ll feel more in tune with yourself, knowing how to manage your “Luteal Self” with kindness, reducing self-criticism and intrusive thoughts.

You’ll have practical tools to manage overwhelming emotions and physical symptoms, giving you a sense of calm and control even during tough days.

You’ll feel empowered to set healthy boundaries, communicate your needs confidently, and have long-term strategies to handle PMDD with resilience.
