What Do I Need To Bring?
We recommend bringing the following items to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience:

Drink Bottle: Staying hydrated is important, so don’t forget to bring a refillable water bottle.

Warm, Comfy Clothes: Dress in layers and wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation and movement exercises.

Yoga Mat and Blanket: If you have them, please bring your own yoga mat and a cozy blanket for added comfort during meditation and relaxation sessions. However, rest assured that we’ll have plenty of mats and blankets available on-site for your convenience.

Notebook and Pen: Bring along a notebook and pen to jot down any insights, reflections, or action plans that arise during the retreat. This will help you to capture and integrate the valuable teachings and practices shared throughout the day.

Each of our retreats are $309 per person. And you can get a $30 discount for Early Bird tickets!
