Support Circle and Support Circle Plus+ offer two levels of dedicated support for those managing PMDD, each designed to help you feel empowered and connected through compassionate guidance, evidence-based tools, and a supportive community.
With Support Circle, you’ll receive essential support through weekly live group sessions, access to a carefully curated Resource Library, a science-backed framework for managing PMDD, and a Health Directory. For those seeking more personalised support, Support Circle Plus+ includes everything in Support Circle plus a monthly private counselling session with me, text support during your luteal phase, and additional resources like the Rage Rescue Audio Tool and Cycle-Synced Self-Care Guide.
Both memberships provide a nurturing space for understanding, support, and relief, empowering you to take on PMDD with greater confidence and compassion.
