I’ve parented from bed because I had nothing left. I’ve called in sick when I wasn’t physically sick but couldn’t cope. I’ve picked fights with my husband for no real reason except that everything felt unbearable. I’ve had intrusive thoughts that scared me. In my luteal phase I couldn’t drive without clipping the car, couldn’t send a text, and would disappear from my own life for a week every month. I know how chaotic and lonely it feels because I’ve been there. And I also know you can pull yourself out of that spiral with the right support, tools, and structure.

I’m a third generation survivor and Australia’s leading PMDD counsellor. I’m also a mum to two energetic boys, married to Tim, and we share our home with Tiff, our cuddly Dalmatian. Life here is loud, busy, and full of heart.
When I’m not supporting women, I’m at pilates, painting to unwind, reading thrillers, or staying active with a workout or walk with Tiff. I value balance, connection, and finding small moments of joy, even when life gets messy.
