I've been in
your shoes.
I've parented from bed because I had nothing left. I've called in sick when I wasn't physically sick but couldn't cope. I've picked fights with my husband for no real reason except that everything felt unbearable.
I've had intrusive thoughts that scared me. In my luteal phase I couldn't drive without clipping the car, couldn't send a text, and would disappear from my own life for a week every month.
I know how chaotic and lonely it feels — because I've lived it. And I also know you can pull yourself out of that spiral with the right support, tools, and structure.
