Confidentiality: Keeping Your Trust

Your privacy is crucial. We’ve got your back and uphold confidentiality whenever possible. Yet, in specific critical situations, confidentiality might need to step aside. These include:

  1. Risk of Harm: If there’s a concern about serious self-harm or thoughts of suicide.
  2. Safety of Others: When there’s a potential for harm to another person.
  3. Mandatory Reporting: Reporting child abuse is required by law, and I’m obligated to report it.

Rest assured, if confidentiality ever becomes a concern, we’ll have an open conversation about it first. Oh, and if needed, I might chat with your healthcare providers (like your GP) with your consent.

Cancellation Policy: Our Time Matters

We both value our time, right? To keep things smooth, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You’ll receive a friendly email reminder the day before your appointment. Also, for future sessions, we’ll securely keep your credit card details on Stripe.

Emergencies happen, for both of us. Life with young children? Yep, it happens. If I need to reschedule, I’ll let you know ASAP and find a time that suits you best.

Rescheduling Made Easy

Change of plans? No worries! You can handle appointment changes or cancellations online. Your confirmation or reminder email will have a link to your profile. And hey, please aim to arrive on time for our appointment!

Library: Let’s Share Resources

I love sharing books! Feel free to borrow one of my resources for two weeks. But if it’s a page-turner, make sure it finds its way back to me within that time. Otherwise, there might be a small replacement fee.
