WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY MONTHLY SESSION?
It’s best to book your session just before your luteal phase—usually about 7–10 days before your period starts. This timing helps you prepare and put strategies in place before symptoms hit. But if you’re having a rough day, you can also schedule a session whenever you need extra support.
WHAT IF I MISS A MONTH AND NEED TO CANCEL?
No worries! You can reschedule, cancel or pause your membership anytime without penalty. Life happens, and this is designed to be flexible and stress-free.
IS THE SUPPORT CIRCLE COURSE REALLY INCLUDED?
