Hi, I'm Amanda

I'm Australia's leading PMDD counsellor — and I've lived this too.

I know what it's like to feel like your body and brain are hijacked every month. To push people away, then spiral into shame. To wonder, "Is this just who I am now?"

I'm a registered counsellor with a Bachelor of Social Science and a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association. But more than my credentials — I understand the day-to-day reality of PMDD in a way that most clinicians simply don't.

This workshop combines everything I wish I'd had access to when I was in the thick of it.
