I’m glad you’re here.
I offer practical strategies to help women with PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder) regain control, manage their symptoms, and find balance in their lives. My goal is to empower you to navigate your cycles with greater ease and calm.
Women come to me feeling overwhelmed, caught in a rollercoaster of having it all together one moment and then facing days of exhaustion, rage, and difficulty with even the simplest tasks. This often leads to crippling shame, guilt, and a sense of being overwhelmed.
Having worked with countless women experiencing PMDD, plus my own lived experience – I specialise in identifying the unique support you need to break free from this cycle and lift that weight off your shoulders.
I’ve set boundaries in my life I didn’t even know I could set, and she helped me to see the world from a much healthier perspective.
Amanda has literally changed my life and my way of coping. She provides amazing simple-to-use strategies that I can implement when I’m feeling overwhelmed.
I needed help but I didn’t know what that looked like. Amanda showed me what I needed and gave me the tools I needed to help myself.

How long is each session, and how often do we meet?
Each standard session lasts 50 minutes. At the beginning of our work together, I typically recommend weekly sessions, as six weeks of weekly sessions have been shown to create a significant shift in the issue you came in with. However, I also offer fortnightly and monthly bookings if that frequency is more suitable for your needs. Ultimately, the frequency of sessions is up to you and what works best for you. During our sessions, we can discuss what frequency will be most effective in helping you achieve your goals.
