Each session runs for 60 minutes via Zoom

Being in a relationship with someone living with PMDD can feel confusing, isolating, and overwhelming at times. This group offers a safe space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn how to support your partner while also looking after yourself. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for communication, boundaries, and resilience so you can feel more connected and less alone on this journey.
